Action Item 3: VPN Change / Disconnect
Some VPN IP addresses have a poor reputation due to past misuse by other users. This can prevent you from logging in to the KDSPY extension. And unlike websites that have multiple methods to confirm you are a legitimate user, browser extensions have limitations in these security checks.
Solution 1: Disconnecting your VPN
If your password works for the members area:
- Disconnect your VPN
- Try logging into KDSPY again
Solution 2: Changing your VPN location
If you prefer to keep your VPN on:
- Change your VPN location
- Try logging into KDSPY again
- Repeat until you find a more reputable VPN connection
