No Data Message



This video covers the steps to resolve the error, “No Data Found”, (3 possible reasons) which is an error when KDSPY is unable to find what it needs to render the data provided by Amazon.

Location Not Compatible Message



This video covers the steps to resolve the error, “This Location is Not Compatible”, which is an error when you are browsing a location on Amazon that is not supported. KDSPY works on specific URL structures, and is not supported throughout all Amazon pages.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies



This video walks you through the process of clearing your browser cache and cookies. KDSPY makes use of your browser cache for data storage, and when it gets full it can cause intermittent errors. Especially, if you have other apps that use the resources of your cache.
